About Jeff Jeff is a retired firefighter and a Stillwater, Oklahoma native with 37+ years of experience in pest control. He worked in pest control at Oklahoma State University for 34 years where he developed his current system with the help of the pest control division. He started his own business in 1982 as Cowboy Pest. The name of the business changed in 2010 to Cowboy Pest Management and has been doing full-time bed bug extermination using the heat treatment method. After buying heaters, Jeff put their current process together and created his own real-time monitoring system. Jeff’s system allows for his team to successfully eliminate bed bugs. He says that they usually overdo the process just to make sure but his promise to customers is that he stands behind his work and will always make things right.
